On May 25, 2025, ANZA had the honor of attending the XIAME2025 International Agricultural Expo in Xinjiang, China,
as an invited visitor. The expo brought together agricultural industry leaders and innovators from around the world to
explore the future of agricultural technology and cooperation. During the event, ANZA was invited to participate in the
China-Kazakhstan Agricultural Matchmaking Event, where we engaged in in-depth discussions with delegations from
Kazakhstan. These conversations paved the way for potential collaboration in agricultural technology and trade, further
strengthening the ties between China and Kazakhstan in the agricultural sector. ANZA remains committed to an open
and collaborative approach, working towards contributing to the global advancement of the agricultural industry.
As universities commence their academic year, we are launching a strategic recruitment initiative on campuses to hire translators and sales professionals proficient in English and Russian. This talent enhancement program aims to elevate our sales team's educational qualifications and service caliber, ultimately strengthening client engagement capabilities through linguistically competent personnel.
This summer, the company organized a team-building retreat for the procurement
department in Beidaihe. Employees strolled along the beach and swam in the sea,
appreciating the serene coastal environment for relaxation. The well-designed rejuvenation
program exemplified our commitment to work-life balance, with staff returning refreshed
and ready to enhance work efficiency through this scientifically structured approach to
professional revitalization.
At the 2016 Bauma China construction machinery exhibition in Shanghai,
we showcased specialized tractor radiators that drew substantial attention
from international attendees. Notably, a Polish client placed an on-site order
for 200 radiator units after negotiating our most competitive pricing structure.
This transaction exemplified the exhibition's success in facilitating cross-border industrial partnerships through technical product demonstrations and direct commercial engagements.
At the overseas Agricultural Exhibition, we showcased our agricultural machinery and components, which garnered significant interest from attendees. Long-standing partners made special visits to our booth for commemorative photo sessions, reaffirming our proven business relationships. During the event, we established connections with numerous prospective clients and exchanged contact information, with the post-event quotation process initiated for these potential buyers to advance commercial negotiations.
